Metallaverse
The Medium is the Message
Discover the novel artistry created by Schinkel Fine Art blending hands-on traditional and developed techniques with modern technology. The Metallaverse is comprised of a trinity of unified works all portmanteaus and known as Metalagram, MetalMirror and Metalamix. This family of work is distinctive while still being interconnected. All three types of original works are categorized according to one-of-a-kind yet related creative processes delivering the message of collaboration, connection and community.
Metalagram
Metalagram was developed first, “metal” and “hologram”. Crafted on industrial aluminum, a hand made layered process of etching, engraving, grinding, painting, and printing creates a multi-dimensional, interactive artwork.
Metalamirror
MetalaMirror was next developed, “metal” and mirror”. It evolved to utilize the changing and reflective qualities of hand made silver mirrors along with the Metalagram layer to invite viewers into the narriative as collaborators.
Metalamix
Metalamix combines the multilayer process of the two previous art forms with a mixture of various media including digital painting, photography, video, animation and AI. They can be physical prints and or digital, with static or continuous movement. They are stand alone, and are related to its earlier two art forms.
